What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a form (AI Ranking Program application, free Ranking Snapshot, report download, or contact), we collect what you enter: name, work email, phone number where a form asks for it, business or practice name, website, number of locations, markets, vertical, monthly marketing spend, the buyer question you want to win, what prompted you to get in touch, and any notes.

Measurement data about your business. If you become a client, or when you request a free Ranking Snapshot, we run buyer questions about your business on physical devices in your market and store the resulting screenshots, transcripts, timestamps and rank readings. These captures are about your business, not about you personally, and they are how the service works. We may publish a capture as public proof only under the conditions set out in our Disclosures.

Attribution data.Our site stores first-touch attribution (UTM parameters, referrer, and landing page) in your browser’s localStorage and attaches it to form submissions, so we know how you found us.

Analytics.This site uses Google Analytics 4, which collects usage data (pages viewed, device and browser information) using cookies or similar identifiers, per Google’s own policies.

Server logs. Standard web-server logs (IP address, user agent, request path, timestamps) for security and operations.

How we use it

To respond to your request, deliver the snapshot or baseline you asked for, operate and secure the service, and understand how visitors reach the site. We send service emails about your request (for example, a confirmation that it was received).

What we don’t do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers who process it on our behalf (for example, email delivery and cloud hosting/storage), under their own confidentiality obligations.

CitedLogic is part of a family of brands operated by one parent company that share measurement infrastructure. We do not pass your personal information to sibling brands without your consent — referrals between brands happen only by your own click.

Retention & your choices

We keep lead and engagement records for as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing russ@citedlogic.com. You can clear the attribution record by clearing your browser storage.

Audience

This site is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
